Charming mid-century vintage Italian hand-painted ceramic / art pottery figurine depicting a jaunty, stylish 19th-century dandy / gentleman tipping his black top hat. Dressed in a rich chestnut brown tailcoat, yellow plaid waistcoat, polka-dot bow tie, and striped trousers, posed with a walking cane alongside an urn planter. Hand-marked on the underside: "ITALIA / 4417 / AR DALT" (or similar Italian artisan workshop studio mark).
