My partner and I never used the shock feature on our dog since that wasn'tour intention; our dog is super anxious, so just the vibration option was too much for her. Because of this, it was only used 2-3 times before it went into storage. We did, however, test the shock feature on ourselves, and it works very well. Need gone ASAP. Pick up Martingrove and Albion.
