Looking for a flat-mate for a large furnished room with a private bathroom in Humber Bay Shores. Move-in date flexible (Dec 2025 or Jan 2026). SINGLE occupancy only. The unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. You will have your own bedroom and a bathroom but will share kitchen and living room/dinning room. Price: $1400 inclusive of all the utilities/supplies + private parking that can be negotiated Rent Control: The unit was used for residential purposes prior to Nov 15, 2018. Location: Etobicoke Lakeshore/Mimico Neighborhood (intersection of Palace Pier Court and Lakeshore Boulevard West) Relationship to the unit: The Landlord/owner (me) looking to rent furnished one large private room with private bathroom. Lease Terms: You will be signing a rental agreement. You will pay rent directly to the landlord/owner (me) Required Documents: First and last month’s rent Landlord References Proof of Income Amenities: In the building, you will have access to 24-hour concierge and security, gym, sauna, rooftop garden space, rooftop patio, party room, billiards room, and outdoor barbecue. The building is steps to the lake, transit, grocery stores, and restaurants/cafes. About the unit: This is a bright and large (1100 square feet) 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of the building. You will share a fully furnished bright living/dining room, kitchen, and balcony. The kitchen is completely stocked with all the things you may need, so just need to move in. You will have access to Netflix + Amazon Prime included in the rent. You will also have access to the washer/dryer that is in the condo and included in the rent. About the bedroom: The bedroom comes furnished with a bed (queen mattress/frame), closet, side table, lamp, and a full private bathroom. About the building: The condo is in a quiet and clean building with a gym, rooftop garden, rooftop patio, party room, billiards room, and BBQ for residents to use. There is a 24-hour concierge and security in the building. There is lots of free guest parking available in the building as well. About the neighborhood: The condo is in the beautiful Etobicoke lakeshore/Mimico area (the closest intersection is Palace Pier Court and Lakeshore Boulevard West). The building is steps to the lake and Humber Bay Bridge with access to Humber Bay Park and Lakeshore boardwalk. The building is also 10 to 15 min walking distance from 24 hour Rabba, 24 hour Sobeys, Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, etc. There are a few corner stores around the building too. This area has a bunch of restaurants and cafes that look out to the lake. The building is about 5 to 10 min walking distance from transit - 66B bus stop and Humber loop (access to 501 streetcars/buses and 66A bus) + downtown express bus that stops right next to the building. The building is super close to Lakeshore boulevard and Gardiner for easy access to downtown or anywhere further west. About the flat mate: You will be sharing the space with me (flatmate/landlord). I am a mid-30s working female professional. I works full-time as a program coordinator and have a hybrid schedule. I am super friendly, respectful, clean individual and I am looking for someone similar. I enjoy staying active, cooking, reading, and relaxing at home.
