Some habits that have stood out in the past have been sleep and cooking habits. I’m ISO an early riser who has things to do during the day, and sleeps through the night. Someone who cooks and eats during the day/evening at a table (not in the middle of the night). Someone goal oriented, focused, and would appreciate an environment that has almost zero distractions, and is very conducive of concentration, learning, and working.
