7" Wet Tile Cutter

QEP 750XT 7" Wet Tile Cutter - 750W. Works great, just finished a bathroom with it. Cuts ceramic / porcelain tile up to 20" with rip fence. Water reservoir holds water, no leaks. Includes: • Tile saw + table • Adjustable rip fence / angle guide • 7" diamond blade (included but has surface rust from storage, still cuts - recommend a new blade for about $25 if you want perfect cuts) I suspect it was put away wet but fully functional. Great for a backsplash, bathroom, or rental flip. Pickup in Cambridge.
