Original seascape watercolour, by artist Elsie Frontain (1929-2019).
Entitled: "Rocks, Sea, and Sky".
Dated '94 and monogrammed E.H.F. in the lower right corner.
The watercolour's in excellent condition, and is protected under glass.
The frame has one small rub/touch up on the upper left side (please see pic #7), but otherwise is in good condition.
It's quite small, measuring 13 3/8 x 15 3/8 inches (including frame).
Inside of frame measures 11 1/2 x 13 1/2.
Visible image measures 7 5/8 x 9 5/8.
Original artist's label is still affixed to the back of the painting.
