Victorian “Forget Me Not” Fold Out Sewing Organizer/Box 🐞

Victorian era “Forget Me Not” fold out sewing organizer/box. Stamped/marked “Made in England.” Circa early 1800’s. Features historic fold out designs with pink silk pin cushions, built in slots for needles and room for other sewing notions. Under the top lid is a chromolithograph print depicting swans in a lake and lush greenery. The front of the box is adorned with an embossed needlepoint design with floral motifs encircling the words “Forget Me Not.” Each panel of the box has a print with floral motifs. Certainly a collector’s item and a rare find. Good condition considering the age. Any wear commensurates with the age. Approximately 3” wide and 4” tall when folded. Approximately 14” in length down the centre and 11” wide across the middle when opened.
