10Queen size futon in perfect conditions! Frame is solid wood with dark chocolate finish. Mattress is firm, 8 layers all cotton, white cover. Microfibre mattress slipcover included, in beige color. Bought new from eastwestfutons.com in 2019. Single owner. It has been gently used for the past five years, almost exclusively for sitting, in an environment without pets or smoke. Original cost of frame+mattress+cover was around $1400 (you can see the "Autumn" frame model listed here https://eastwestfutons.com/collections/futons/products/autumn-futon-frame. Note the prize shown in their ad is only for the frame.) It has some details in the paint job (little scratches from normal use), but overall is in excellent shape. Being sold due to moving.
