Rent: $900 per month 3. Move-in Date: From October 1st - The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. It is a basement unit, but it feels bright and open with a front yard and good sunlight. - Recently renovated, so the condition is very clean. - Room will be furnished with a bed, bedding,fridge and a desk (there is also a clothing rack in the room). - Bathroom will be shared. - If you need help moving in, we can arrange a time to assist you. - Looking for someone who prefers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. 📌Additional Notes - Smoking is allowed in front of the house. - We just got new born baby , so please contact me only if you are okay with having a baby in the home. - Both short-term and long-term room rentals are available.
