Rocky mountain bike with related items (Read the description)

It comes with spare tube, Continental Double Fighter 3( x2 tires), Park Tool pump, chain lube, and degreaser. (Cannot opt out). I have used this bike for almost 6 years. Because I'm moving out and cannot take with me, I need someone that will give a good care. It will be available for pick up after 1st of April from Kerrisdale. However if you want to secure the bike, I'll take non-refundable deposit of 100$(after you have checked the bike on person). When you come to pickup the bike, you will pay the rest (275$). However, if you decide you no longer want the bike, the deposit will not be returned! Cash only! I expect proper and humane communication from you. Any anti-social, rude or lazy communication or failing to start and maintain proper communication will not be taken seriously.
