Room for rent in Shared Townhouse

Looking for a kind and considerate Roommate. Available January 1st. Short term rental preferred, students welcome. Furnished bedroom on second floor of townhouse. Underground heated parking stall with amenity building, including gym and pool. Two Shared bathrooms, kitchen, living room in bright two-story townhouse. I am currently working from home and have one cat. Shared responsibilities include: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning both bathrooms and shared kitchen, and garbage removal. Must be willing and able to share these responsibilities. No overnight guests please. All utilities included.
