147- Unit is not booting to the Android OS - Factory refresh performed and cache has been cleared - Maybe it just takes like 20 minutes to boot up - Previously, unit was owner by a senior citizen - Good for parts or if you can figure out how to get Linux on it (if you can without the unit booting up the core OS. I am not sure and I havent looked into that) thx
