Two Tier Serving Tray

Two tier serving tray. Green and gold design. Metal stand with a ring handle. Missing its washers and one tier got broken during an event. A volunteer over tightened the screw on the middle post. Used for a couple steampunk events for cupcakes. Bug free, 3 cat household. No smoking in household. Pickup only.
