Large Framed Sketch of Seated Woman

A large framed sketch of a seated woman in blue (not sure if it is in pencil or crayon or pastel). Features a simple silver frame with a burgundy mat. The artwork is signed but I cannot make out the signature. There are a few flaws - including on the drawing and the paper on the back coming off the frame - pictured. Measurements are 21 x 30 inches.
