Box and contents are clean. smoke free and mildew free. excellent resource for a film buff, a film studies major, a movie theatre, a movie librairian. He was a trained journalist and enjoyed telling a tale. Lots of pictures and old advertisements from old Toronto days of radio, newspapers and movie theatres.
