Toyo Observe GSi Winter Tires on Steel Rims 225/60R18 100H

I have for sale a set of 4 Toyo Observe GSi Winter Tires on 18” Steel Rims. The tires were previously mounted on a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD. Tire size: 225/60R18 100H Rims: 18” Steel Bolt pattern: 5 - 114.3mm Hub Bore: 60.1mm The tires were previously mounted on a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD. The tires are in excellent shape with low KMs and have been stored in the basement indoors. Also as seen in the photos, the steel rims are in like-new condition, you could use touch up paint if you’d like to restore the original shine. The reason for selling is we have recently changed to a Nissan Rogue and unfortunately the rims do not fit the Nissan (the hub bore is 6mm larger on the Rogue vs the RAV4). I am asking $800 for the set of 4 tires and rims. For pickup, I am located in South Barrhaven near the Minto Recreation Centre. Thank you
