This is the original 1991 "Talkin' Turtles" Michelangelo action figure produced by Playmates Toys. He features the unique, oversized "City Sewer" manhole cover mechanical housing permanently attached to his shell. Used, vintage condition. Very clean overall with great paint. Minor play wear consistent with age, including a small mark on the front left of his chest plate. Loose figure only. Does not include the original plastic talk strips or weapons.
