The reason I wrote “fair” condition is due to the aesthetic only, see the last 2 pics: ~the pleather started to peel on the front of seat cushion. You can use as is, buy a pleather/leather sticking patch cheap on Amazon or simply put a blanket over it. -the handles tips located under the seat (not visible from above) have been slightly chewed by my dog when a puppy. 💛 ***the white lint under the chair is only coming from a Lysol wipe when cleaning it, can be removed. ~Pick up only.
