unisex windbreaker jacket, not insulated, weather resistant

The warm weather is coming, you're going to need a good quality brand new spring/fall coat! Literally never worn except for the purpose of these pictures. Good for any gender, was purchased as a men's size small but as you can see almost fits me. It's a really nice jacket, lots of pockets, weather resistant. It's a size small for men, but here are the measurements: shoulder to shoulder 18.5", hips 21.75" wide, sleeve 25" long, and shoulder to bottom of jacket is 27" tall.
