Vintage SK and MB Promotional Keychains - Lot of 9

Take a nostalgic road trip back through the 1970s and 1980s with this extraordinary 9-piece collection of vintage prairie advertising ephemera. Centering heavily around legacy businesses, local athletic leagues, and historic regional landmarks across Saskatoon, Prince Albert, and Winnipeg, this curated lot serves as an incredible time capsule of Western Canadian roadside history. Featuring iconic hometown staples like Nutana Meats Ltd. on Broadway Avenue, the famous Dodge City automotive network, and a beautifully preserved 1974 Winnipeg Centennial bottle opener, this collection carries immense sentimental value for prairie expats now living in Alberta looking to reconnect with their roots. The undisputed crown jewel of this collection is an authentic, licensed 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics teardrop keychain featuring the beloved twin polar bear mascots, Hidy and Howdy. Every single piece in this lot showcases the brilliant promotional craftsmanship of the era, from heavy stitched leather tabs and translucent ruby-red acrylic to a highly clever Prince Albert Royal Bank of Canada card styled on the reverse like a miniature novelty cheque. Perfect for displaying in a retro shadow box, styling a mid-century media room hutch, or splitting up to add a unique hit of vintage pop-culture history to your daily key ring, these hard-to-find promotional tokens offer local history buffs a ready-made collection in phenomenal shape. • Vinyl & Plastic Pieces: Immaculate, deadstock structural condition across the white vinyl die-cut shapes and translucent red acrylic, retaining full factory flexibility with zero pocket-rub scratching or brittle edges. • Leather & Stitched Tabs: The tan and cream-colored leather tabs feature perfectly intact perimeter stitching, tight secure rivets, and zero surface cracking or grease staining. • Graphics & Typography: Every local business address, vintage 7-digit phone number, and commemorative logo remains beautifully sharp, dark, and 100% legible on both front and reverse sides.
