It goes full flat and becomes bassinet with the accessories. It has a big canopy so your baby will be well covered from the sun and their nap won't be disturbed. The height of the handle can be changed 3 levels. Easy fold, easy maneuver. Comes with the rain cover and the instructions. There are some scratches and peels on the handles, and some white paints on the sides. The plastic piece to hold up the Hitchhiker step broke, so I was using the S hook and the string instead as shown in the photo, and it worked just fine.
