The couch cushions will need a recover as some of the stitching/fabric is won out by the zippers but the back drop fabric is in great shape on both the chair and couch. This an an antique hardwood set. And the birds on the hardwood are all handcarved. Sorry, no delivery. Bring a friend to help you load. Pick up is in East Kildonan on Dunrobin Ave from us.
