Vintage Honda XR350R Dirt Bike

Noted as the “ king of the woods”in its prime. Great platform for restoration. That was my plan however it’s not happening for me. I’ve had the bike for a few months now and when I bought it the motor started and ran fine. It shifted fine with some throttle hesitation. Like I said it needs work and new parts like throttle cables and rear wheel bearings.This is not a load up and go ride bike without work. Needs attention and a few hundred bucks in parts. I’ve sourced parts and they’re available. Not many of these for sale out there. I’ve rode for years and worked on many bikes, I really wanted to fully restore but it’s not going to happen anytime soon. It’s the right bike for the enthusiast to restore. Doesn’t look like it’s ever been opened up and worked on. It is an old Honda and pretty indestructible. I will answer questions but the best way for me to answer is for you to come see. Good little money maker if you have the time and know how. I’ve seen them go for $3500 to $5000 fully restored. Maybe even more to the right buyer.
