Red wool parka with a fur-lined hood. Embroidered detail on the front and back. Made in Canada. I have this beautiful vintage coat that needs some TLC. I’d like to see it go to a good home that could bring it back to life. I bought this many years ago from a vintage store on Queen Street—I don’t know how old it actually is. It has a real fur trim that is coming out in places. I think it could be replaced with a faux fur trim and look really good. There’s a hole in the right pocket lining that needs to be repaired, and some dark marks along the bottom front—I would imagine a dry cleaner who knows what they are doing could fix it. This is an adorable piece that no longer suits me and I’d love to see someone take it that will love it as much as I have over the years. The size is labelled as a 10, but I’m not sure from what era that would be! I would say it fits as a women’s medium. May be able to deliver within the west end of Toronto but I’m moving at the end of the week, so porch pick up near St. Clair and Oakwood is preferred. Asking $50, but honestly—make me an offer!
