Vintage Mushroom Lamp

Faux burl, and what looks like a coral shade? Definitely funky. Works perfectly. The switch is on the cord, not the lamp. Has a 9 ft cord. Takes a 40 watt round bulb, and the shade attaches to the bulb. Not sure who made it, as I was unable to locate any company name, or markings on it. The only imperfection I could find was what looks like a small crack, right near where the bulb screws into the base (visible in pic #8), but it doesn't affect the functionality, and isn't visible with the shade on. It could of been caused when the hole was drilled, for the light mechanism to be inserted? Otherwise it's in excellent condition. Measures 10 1/2 inches high, and 9 inches wide. Creates a Zen-like ambience when illuminated in a dark room. Pick up in Glenbrook, SW
