Its full title reads Nova totivs terrarvm orbis geographica ac hydrographica tabvla, which means "A new complete map of the geography of the earth and oceans". The year 1643 is printed on the left hemisphere. It is a reproduction of a 17th century map by Dutch cartographer Henricus Hondius (1597 – 1651) and published in Amsterdam in the atlas Atlantis Maioris Appendix. It was the first dated map published in an atlas. Beautiful frame, great condition. Smoke/pet free house. Size: 23" long x 19" wide x 0.75" thick. Pick up in Harvest Hills
