1937 Birks S. Silver George VI Royal Canadian Artillery Box

1937 Birks sterling silver inscribed King George VI Royal Canadian Artillery cigarette box from the Officers of the Regiment September 1st 1937. Stamped/marked Birks on the underside as shown in a photograph. This sterling silver box has a hinged top and an ornate engraving on the top. The inside is lined with cedar wood and has a black letter bottom. A collector’s dream piece. Good condition considering the age. Patina. Small dings which do not detract from the significance of this piece. Any wear commensurates with the age. Weight is approximately 330 grams. Approximately 3.6” in depth, 1.5” deep, 5.2” wide and 2.1” tall.
