This fixed window guard is constructed of thick plain carbon steel square tubing and helps prevent children from falling out of open windows. It features bars spaced 3-7/8 inches apart. This is a non-egress guard, meaning it cannot be opened or quickly removed in an emergency. The width is adjustable from 23-1/2 to 38 inches before mounting and includes tamper-proof screws.
