We’re looking for someone to sublet a room in our 3 bed / 3 bath home for June and July, with the possibility of extending if it’s a good fit. The room is spacious, private, and comes with its own bathroom plus extra storage space downstairs. Since the other two bedrooms are located upstairs, the layout gives you a much more private, suite-like feel rather than a typical shared living setup. The location is super convenient — just an 8-minute walk to Joyce SkyTrain Station, right by Boundary & Kingsway, and only about 15 minutes to downtown Vancouver. The building also has great amenities, including a gym, pool, hot-tub and a parking spot. All utilities are included in the rent except heat and internet, which are shared between the three roommates. You also get your own dedicated parking lot, situated in the underground parking area of the building! You’d be living with two respectful, easygoing female professionals who work full-time. We keep the space clean, calm, and comfortable, and we’re looking for someone responsible, considerate, and easy to live with.
