Kay was a very communicative buyer, patiently asking questions about the snowblower and its unique cord. Even when there was a slight hiccup with the extension cord, Kay was proactive in finding a solution by offering to buy the correct one. It was great that Kay was flexible with meeting times and even offered to pay at the TD nearby, which was really convenient for me.
