can't say enough about this young man. I, mistakenly, made an error on where to meet. cost him money and time. he was so gracious. Not found in youth today as some know. awesomeness!!!!! Cona was a real pleasure to deal with, answering all my questions and even offering the extra hard drive for my new laptop. The communication was prompt and friendly, and it's clear they are really interested in making sure I got what I needed.

Cona was very accommodating with scheduling, providing the address and being ready on time, which made the whole experience simple and fast. 📦

Although he ran late, he described the item when I asked questions (which were a lot) I appreciate it. I appreciated that Cona was flexible and even gave me the heads-up about a potential delay, which was helpful. 🤝
