Dealing with Elley was a real pleasure. Even though there was a bit of a delay due to a Karrot update, Elley was super understanding and communicative about it.

Dealing with Ella was great! She was amazing to deal with and was very accommodating

I appreciated how considerate Elley was about my availability and even worrying if me commuting would inconvenience me or take away time from spending with my son this evening! Very nice person, kept me posted with timing and was able to meet at the station that was closest to me. It was a pleasure & hope you enjoy your item
