Jay was very kind and patient. The bed was in excellent shape and all pieces werre neatly organized.

Jay was really understanding about the payment and delivery times, accommodating my schedule and offering etransfer even when they preferred cash. They were clear about the item's condition, even showing a picture of a slightly bent rod, and sent helpful assembly instructions which made things easy.
