Was very a Chase was upfront about their availability and stuck to the agreed-upon meeting time, which I really appreciated. They even accommodated me when I was running a bit late :)

They were quick to respond and coordinated the meetup perfectly, even grabbing the item while I was on my way! I loved that the seller sent extra pics when I asked and was really flexible with the price.

Chase was super helpful and patient with all my questions about the pants and meeting up. They were really communicative about the location and timing, especially when I was running a bit late and figuring out payment. I felt like they really made an effort to make the meetup work smoothly despite my payment hiccups.
