I appreciated how informative Av was when she couldn't make the original pickup time. She kept me updated on their changing plans and followed through to arrange a pickup today. Very polite and happy to have met her.

Ab was really flexible about pickup times, even when I needed to reschedule a couple of times. They were great about communicating when they were on their way and arrived promptly. They were clear about payment being cash only and confirmed the pickup address efficiently.
