Lan was great; they responded to my questions quickly and sent over the picture I requested right away. They were flexible with the meet-up time and even let me know the specific location for the pick-up, making the whole process easy.

Lance was very pleasant to deal with! He responded quickly and was willing to accommodate me by meeting at a location of my choice, which was helpful to me. I appreciated how very neatly and well packed Lance's items (a small bundle of clothes)were for me...thank you Lance!
