Although the item did not work, seller was supper honest and understanding, and did not hesitate to refund the full amount. I was really hoping the device had worked as I had been looking to find one for some time, and On's price was very reasonable, it was still very pleasant dealing with On Ho, and would not hesitate doing so again. 👍
