Mayan was very understanding when I was initially delayed and kept me updated on pickup arrangements. They were flexible with my revised pickup time due to the weather and provided clear instructions for finding them upon arrival.

Mayan was super understanding and flexible when the morning pickup didn't work out due to the weather. It was a relief to reschedule for later in the day. She was also very helpful in providing all the details for the pickup, including the buzzer number and apartment location, which made everything so smooth 🤝.
