Despite some back-and-forth on timing, Andrea was understanding and kept the conversation going until we could arrange a good pickup window. We brought our last mattress on karrot unfortunately it was horribly uncomfortable but we are happy to report the case is not the same this time. We love our new bloom mattress. Thank you Andrea!!!
