BuyerRenfrew CollingwoodI noticed that I received the wrong item after we made a deal. I brought it up to Ali and she sincerely apologized. She communicated about the time she'll come to my place for the exchange. It was very accommodating of her to do. I'm glad everything worked out!
BuyerMount PleasantAli was incredibly helpful and provided all the measurements I needed, even sending extra pictures to make sure the table would work for my project. I really appreciated Ali's patience and understanding when I kept having to change my pickup time; they were very flexible and accommodating.
