Even with a small delay due to traffic, they were considerate and kept me informed. I really appreciated their flexibility when I had to change plans last minute, and they were so clear about the item being new and unused.

Alex was very accommodating with pick up time. They were very communicative and made the meetup process smooth and easy for me. I appreciated their willingness to coordinate around my schedule. 😊
