Karen is super friendly and great communication.

Karen was super easy to coordinate with, even when I had to adjust the meeting time.

It was really interesting helping Karen find the perfect bike, especially since she was new to cycling in Toronto. I appreciated her openness to trying different options and her clear communication about what she needed, like a basket and hand brakes.

It was so nice to connect with Karen; I loved how excited she was about the little jar and its purpose!
