Dealing with A K was such a pleasure! They were so enthusiastic about the lotion and really made me feel good about passing it on, especially knowing I couldn't use it anymore due to psoriasis. It was incredibly kind of them to offer to bring an Ikea table and later, measuring cups, for my husband and me as we start setting up our new home. It meant so much to us during a stressful moving time.

A K was super flexible and accommodating when it came to coordinating the pickup! They were happy to hold the item until Friday afternoon and kept me updated on their husband's ETA, making the whole process smooth and easy.
