Everything went great. He was friendly and accomodating with when I could come pick up the item. He replied to my msgs in a timely manner. He still had the Allen key that went with the cat tree so it could be tightened, disassembled, etc. Also, asked if I needed help to put the cat tree in the car. It was easy and quick. Since he’s downtown - parking can be quite a hassle. He gave me perfect directions to the parking area behind his condo. I didn’t have to worry about finding parking or getting a ticket. Awesome.
