Joyce was very patient throughout our negotiation, especially when discussing the price and my personal circumstances. They were understanding and flexible, ultimately agreeing to meet at a price that worked for both of us after some back and forth. Joyce was also clear about their pickup plans and travel arrangements, which made coordinating the final meetup very smooth.

She made sure it was secured and protected for me to pick up on my own at a later time. All parts were nicely bundled together in three easy to carry packages. Now just have to figure out how to put them together.🤔🤣
