Fa was so so so accommodating and went out of their way to arrange a drop off. I deeply deeply appreciate her!!!!

Fa was incredibly accommodating with coordinating the pickup and drop-off, especially given the changing weather. They were very clear about their location and made an effort to get the items to me. I really appreciated their willingness to bring multiple items and their patience as we finalized the order. They kept me updated on their plans and were flexible throughout the process.
