Penelope

Penelope brought the game down personally to meet when I arrived, and her offering of a variety of available times for pickup showed great flexibility.

Penelope placed the item out for me at the spot where we agreed to meet so it was ready when I arrived. 😊 They remained flexible when sharing their availability and kindly gave the item away for free.

Penelope met me exactly where I needed to pick up the carrier to save me a long walk. 🐾 They kept me informed by messaging when they were finished with lunch and heading over to our meeting spot.

Penelope was really sweet, I’m glad to have met her, on top of the really good deal :)

Penelope was great with being flexible with my crazy schedule to reserve the item and meet up for a contactless pick-up. The ring displays were as described & depicted, and they'll be a great new home to a bunch of costume jewellery I just inherited 🤗

They let me know right away when they could meet, which made coordinating easy.
