Joj was super clear about the items they were interested in picking up and confirmed the exact address. They were very patient when I had to adjust the meetup time and were flexible about when they could come by.

I really appreciated Joj's quick responses and how they made sure everything was set for pickup even though they couldn't make it themselves. It was so easy to grab the item from the lobby.
