Miguel

Miguel was lovely. He was quick and efficient while still being friendly. I made a mistake and thought the meetup was a day earlier, and messaged him upset thinking he was a no show, which wasn’t my finest moment. I then realized that he did absolutely nothing wrong and it was me who made the mistake. He could have easily been rude and gotten upset with me for making that mistake, but he was very understanding about the mix up. I gave him a sincere apology and he accepted it right away and told me not to worry about it. I felt terrible about it but he made it clear that everything was fine on his end and he really didn’t have to do that, so it was very much appreciated. When he got to my place he was really friendly and enjoyable to talk to. He asked me about looking at another one of my listings in person, without being pushy or off putting in any way and was so polite the whole time. This was a great experience, and I’d be happy to sell or buy from Miguel in the future! 10/10

Miguel came on time, communicates well. The buyer was great about confirming pickup time and location, and they were very clear about when they would arrive.
