Dealing with Robin was such a pleasure; she was so friendly and understanding when the tiara situation changed, and she was still excited about the Lego and the free items! It was really heartwarming to see her genuine offer to help find a home for the cats; their compassion is really something else, and it made me feel great knowing the Lego Friends and other items are going to someone so kind. 🤝
